At Holy Amsterdam, we know how important fast and reliable shipping is to your experience. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Rates & Import Duties
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

UK Customers:

Orders valued at £140 or less (including product price and shipping) are typically not subject to import duties.

Orders over £140 may incur import duties, VAT, and/or clearance fees, charged by UK Customs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by UK authorities and are not controlled by us.

Please note: refusing to pay these fees may result in your order being returned or disposed of without refund. Holy cannot cover or reimburse such charges.

Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your delivery location. Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@holyplugs.nl. We will do our best to make the change, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed for shipping..
Order Cancellations
We work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. If you’d like to cancel, you have a 2-hour window after placing your order. Just send us an email at service@holyplugs.nl with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.
After your order begins processing, we’re no longer able to cancel it — but don’t worry, you can always return it once it arrives.
